Chasia Wong, M.S. Ed

Lead Teacher

Chasia graduated from UCLA with a degree in Applied Linguistics. She loves learning about languages, and more than that, she loves meeting new friends from around the world who speak different languages. Chasia is currently pursuing her MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at Columbia University.

While tutoring students throughout high school and college, she found that one of her favorite things in the world is witnessing someone reach an “Aha!” moment, perhaps with a little guidance, but ultimately through the skills, resources, and knowledge he or she already has. Over the years, she discovered her passion for teaching and is committed to helping students discover the joy of learning and develop the confidence and skills they need to become lifelong learners. In her free time, Chasia enjoys singing, studying Japanese, and eating desserts with friends.
